All you need to know about the renewed menu La Plăcinte

Good news is never too much, especially when we talk about delicious food. And this news - is not exception: La Placinte restaurants met the new season with a special regard - we came up with and implement the idea of a summer tasty and healthy food with Moldovan accent. By developing a new menu, it would be strange not to appeal to the natural gifts of our country, which it is especially rich during the summer. We focused on the wholesome food, our chefs "recovered" the menu as it possible was, adding dishes in big doses of vitamins in the form of fresh and baked vegetables.A good example - salad with­­­baked vegetables, which can replace a complete meal or a light salad from fresh vegetables with cheese Fetaki, which now is served as a side dish to bacon, chicken or grilled chicken meat. Besides the fact that the menu La Placinte appeared 20 novelties (in all categories - from appetizers to desserts), this season, it was decided to diversify the assortment of popular dishes with vegetarian versions. That's why on the menu, there are two options of vegetable soup (with turkey and without) and tomato salad (with cheese and sour cream and without).

As for the new products "for all", the renewing touched and meat assortment. Traditional chicken and pork, a variety of dishes from quail and turkey dietmeat. And their number, as befits a national cuisine, it’s not spared: the turkey is putted in salad, adding quail eggs, served with baked vegetables, we made delicate cutlets and even stuffed turkey meat with cheese and bacon.

Nothing doesn’t tell so “delicious” about the country as its traditional cuisine, so this season, La Placinte restaurants expanded its arsenal of national dishes. Main traditionalfeature of the season - balls of hominy stuffed with cheese, served with sour cream and mujdei - a miniature copy of full meal.

Another novelty with hominy, necessarily for tasting - perch in mushroom sauce. A full national dinner can be completed with "Domnească" pie with cottage cheese and raisins, homemade cheese and berry dessert,  which you have never tasted. Be ready, it will be delicious!
